Not only are they beyond funny, but their music is really, REALLY good. The harmonies are so pretty at times... very honest and folky (albeit, haunting and creepy). Such a good act.
SaraTGinMD - when they perform a full show, they do the introductory segment before the first song, and then generally have an overarching story that the rest of the songs fit into.
Do they ever actually just perform a song?..The reason I ask is because I stumbled upon this "group" on here just recently by accident and clicked on 5 videos of theirs and everyone has them introducing themselves
OK I can understand how an introduction "makes the set" etc..But I think if I were to see them live and they did say 10 "songs" and they introduced themselves fully before every song it might get a bit tired by the 5th time....Maybe my question wasnt phrased right... If they did do 10 songs in a row would they still do this intro each time?

The introduction is part of the act. It also gives them a reason for the song. Most of the songs have to do with the prior subject matter.
