in one of my matches at 160 i managed to pull off a gramby, (i'm a first year, wrestling a first year) and the kid who i was up against had no idea what to do. so after i rolled, he ended up under me with his back to the mat, so i got a backwards cradle for probably the easiest/worst pin of my career lol.

lol yea there is only one granby roll int his video, the rest are a peterson pinning combination. there is nothing wrong with the peterson, it's a great 5 point move, and if you can pull it off it might be worth six for your team. good execution of the head and arm in the end. pushing that arm into his face and rolling your chest down into his face makes it alot tighter, and motivates him to either pass out from not being able to breath or give up and pin himself.

at the end when he pinned, i think he should have arched the back and extended the legs pinning him, its a safer win in my opinion and if the kid would have tried rolling your head will kickstand you in place. thats how we were taught to do petersons

Lol I remember the 1st time I hit a Peterson I had no idea what the move was or what I did. This kid crossfaced me bad, but had wrong positioning so I grabbed for a leg and rolled through and pinned him. His coach told me nice Peterson and I had no idea what he was talking about =p

A Peterson if I'm not mistaken is another name for it and its proper name is a Granby. There's a huge series of Granby rolls that work extremely well. Try looking up the Granby system.
