Oscar Grant, Oakland Ca - killed on New Years Day after being shot in the back while pinned down (and possibly handcuffed) by another cop. Grant was unarmed.

Adolf Grimes, New Orleans La - killed on New Years eve after being shot 12 times in the back (14 total). Grimes was armed with a legal, registered gun.

Robbie Tolan, Dallas Tx - shot 3 times on New Years Eve after cops wrongfully accused him of stealing his own vehicle in front of his parents home on Dec 31. Tolan was unarmed.
