I lOVE cottage cheese, and have used it in lasagna dishes before, obviously you didn't get my point at all. I'm sure it brings up childhood memories for many people. I was simply making my own statement and giving my personal opinion. I don't have memories of it because my parents didn't feed it to me, though I have tried it before.
Um yeah, chef boyardee ravioli "lasagna." I mean sure, quick and easy, fun to make with your child. I am sure ANY kid would love this dish.....but disgusting! You can use ready to use lasagna noodles that don't require boiling and have a much better meal, and it's just as easy. And a lot healthier I might add, espicially if you use good ingredients. Also I would have used ricotta, not cottage cheese.
Chef Boyardee is awful
I used Prego Original Sauce and Real buitoni raviolis tasted great

I hate Ricotta! I'm glad he used cottage. Chef Boyardee sure brings back the childhood memories. It's a feel good mood food...
