This is a great feature but if I can't share the video with the team members that I would like to send to its not functional. You tube stops you from sending to "too many" email adresses at a time! ANNOYING!

Sounds like a great short cut, the document is centralized on the internet for all to access, instead of the sender doing so much just reading the entries, great time saver!

It's all saved - along with past versions?

But - not unless you rename them, I thought?

@FurnitureFan with google docs it's not necessary to rename with each new version. when you have a document open in edit view, go to file > see revision history. you can compare current and/or previous versions, and roll back to a previous version if necessary.

But how secure is the document and its variously edited versions?

If it's on my computer I know where it is, but on a server in the clouds I'm not so sure.
