God bless

  • I like this. Okay, I usually DON'T like interpreted music... there are a few groups and individuals who are exceptions. Folks like Half 'n Half (two CODA interpreters who are great interpreters and folks)... AND YOU! (smile). I have been interpreting for a long, long time; these days mostly in court and video relay. I truly appreciate your skill, and the fact that you sign with masculinity, power, and grace. Just an incredible mix. Keep up your faith, and your poetic expression.

  • That is gorgeous! Siempre he querido aprender ASL.

  • Growing up with a mother that is an interpretor, I have grown to love the beauty and intimacy of sign. I've watched my mom interpret in the church of my youth and have even worked with her on a few duets. Now I find myself becoming involved in the beginnings of a deaf ministry at my church. I was blessed to find your work here. By using the technology of today, you will bea ble to minister to so many more. God Bless.

  • This is great ASL translation for this Wonderful, Merciful Savior! I've listened to it all the time. I'm hard of hearing and soon starting to sign christian music myself. So What brought to mind that you are in passion to sign these songs?

  • @MsZebra07 thank you. It's just a hobby of mine so i thought I'd put the video's online for others to see.

  • @ktloveland My mom in hard-of -hearing and I have deaf friends. I use to have passion of sign too. I use to have so much emotion in my sign. I see myself in you. It is good you sign Christian music for you deaf. I like to sent them to my mom and friends. Thank you for serving for God.

  • wow your really good at this GOd Bless you! :)

  • this is a very gifted and truly spirit filled singer.she is so fully of gods mercy and strength

    awesome!

  • Thank you for this :)

  • That's what I call total worship! Continue to give Him your all. He's worthy!!!

  • hi i do love the way you bless us with the signs...I'm about to preform this song at my church and i want to put a little choreograph in it and this video is perfect for me to practice with.

  • Excellent! You did it with passion!

    God bless you! SUCCESS!

  • Brother, I love your spirit of worship in these songs. Thank you and God Bless You!

  • @svd4gvn5569 Thank you. I appreciate it. To God be the Glory!

  • @ktloveland Very inspirational! How did you get started? I am so intrigued by sign language and not sure how to really grasp it.

  • i absolutely love this song and you signed it wonderfully:) i am trying to choreograph a simple dance to this song and I want to incorporate sign language. i know that when signing a song it is important to "paint a picture" and this video was quite an inspiration. thanks for sharing! ~nicole

  • @ituesday24 I just ask one thing! its one of my biggest petpeives because it makes deaf people very upset. If you are doing a "dance" and not signing a song... Do not, PLZZZ do not call it sign language.

Interpretive dance or a dance or performance with some signs in it...is not sign language at all. Its just a performance or a dance.

Thank you for your support tho! I really appreciate it!!!!

  • @ktloveland AMEN to that. I am on my own personal mission to stamp out (in my own little sphere of influence) this art/performing/dance/ "sign" thing which seems to be proliferating everywhere and in particular in the church. Very important to spread this message. Getting the gospel to the Deaf is hampered by co-opting and completely distorting their language.

  • @Kim33382 Thank you! I appreciate your support and your understanding! It's not my goal to stomp anyone's effort of spreading the gospel or to degrade what anyone is trying to do with-in their own ministries but I am only trying to guard the language and culture of the Deaf.

  • @ktloveland Maybe "incorporate" was misleading... My ASL teacher is deaf & I've signed songs so I know that a few signs in a dance isn't sign lang. I've signed complete songs and use dance that doesn't detract from signs. I helped lead music for VBS, & a deaf minist. leader showed us the way to sign while using simple dance moves; it was appropriate & the gospel msg was clearly communic.. Dance + sign language can be effective if done properly and respectfully.

  • @ituesday24 I do agree with that. I do understand having a ministry of dance and ministrying to people that way! I'm sure you know how some people abuse sign language and think it's some kind of dance. God Bless you in your minstries! To Him be the glory great things he hath done!

  • Hey! Great job! Would you mind to post what signs you are doing? That would be so awesome!

  • I think you did a great job! God bless you! ;)

  • What a blessing! Thanks you. You are a great signer

  • Great video!!!!

  • This video is awesome!!!! I'm an ASL student and I used this video to do my final project and I made a good grade !!!

  • nice ^________^

  • I would agree as well. Of course I'm biased but Liberty is awesome!!

  • Good job! That was one of my favorite song! I think my church will be playing that song this morning! I am part of the tech. Team at my church. I had taken about 1.5 years of asl classes but unfortunitely I could not continue due to family health situation. My mom has been very sick for almost two years with terminal cancer. She finally went home to be with the Lord our God on May 17th. I am hoping to get back into asl soon once I settle down.

    God Bless You!

  • WOW! What a great job! I've been studying ASL for a year now, and there is a deaf-ed program at my college. I always sign along with the music at church and campus intervarsity meetings. I'm also in a group called Holy Hands and we minister w/ sign language and music. Really really great job. I can't wait to show this to all my friends! God bless you!

  • I've wached some of your videos. They are awesome! I've been learning by watching and now I interpret at my church. And so I like to go on here and look up videos to learn more. Thank you for posting these. God bless

  • thank you! God Bless!

  • i clearly see how compassionate u r with ur performances. Thanks for posting ur vids. They are really a blessing:)

  • You sign beautifully. I love your videos! I recently lost a friend to breast cancer and your version of I Can Only Imagine is my favorite!

    Diana

  • Thank you for you support. I'm sry to hear about your friend. I hope she was a believer and i take that was by the comfort you get from "i can only imagine" I lost a brother in a car accident so i know how it feels to lose someone. God Bless you through your grieveing process!!

  • She was a believer and one of the strongest Christian women I have ever known! She was only 42 and leaves her husband (our music minister) and two girls under 13. We all celebrate the fact that she has finished the race and is in the presence of a Holy, Righteous God! I am sorry for your loss as well and hope he was a believer. There is comfort in knowing you will see them again.

God Bless you and your ministry!

    Diana

  • i thought that was beautifully done. :-)

  • Thank you mrs. trudy. I really appreciate it. Look for more videos coming soon hopefully.

    take care.
