  • Oh my gosh! You have no idea how you have touched the heart of a 54 year old man living in North Georgia. Please believe me? You really touched me with this beautiful video. Thank you so much. God bless you and yours. Oh, how I miss home so much.

  • good times whit my ex wife in this pretty city.

  • Love Virginia City- great history and story!

  • There use to be a Ponderosa Ranch up at Tahoe, that was the set. You could go horse back riding and see all the different sets etc.

It closed down a few years ago.

  • I love Virginia City! I visit every summer when my Brother and I visit Reno. I am a mining history buff and a history buff in general, and Virginia is the place for that! The opening of this video was filmed from the cemetery I can tell. Love that steam train ride. Hearing the train wistle throughout the day makes it even more real as though it is in the past.

  • I know what you mean about Geiger Grade, I hate it even in good weather! Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching.

  • That was neat to see Virginia City again. I lived not too far from there from 1990-92'ish..only 2 or so years.

We lived right off of Geiger Grade Rd./Highway 341. You had to drive right past our house to get there, unless you take the other way from Carson city of course. I always hated the Geiger road. LOL! especially when it snowed!!!

    Thanks for the tour!

  • I hadn't had this new HD camera very long when this was filmed, and I have such jerky shots! I have gotten much better now, maybe I will make a new one when Street Vibrations comes to town, they always head up to VC

  • Wow. I wanted to remember the virginia city I lived in years ago. This video brought it all back. Beautifully done, thank you.

  • Thank you for a wonderful video! My wife and I have been to Virginia City three times on vacation from Illinois. It 's like going back 125 yrs, and getting away from modern day headaches. The Bucket of Blood Saloon is great.! Pete; you are a blessed musician. Thank you both!
