Yes, a properly setup front-wheel drive car straightens out with more gas, RWD with the clutch. 4WDs you have to straighten out at the body shop tho....

I dunno how to get camping shell version :/,really how to get it,i replace everything in gta3.img but nothing..only usual version :(

@UrosGraba Just go to Wheel Arch Angels located at Ocean Flats in San Fierro, then choose roofs and buy as far as I know the Alien Roof Scoop. :)
