  • You were in Manila? That's the capital city of the Phillippines!

  • Whoa!

  • The reason why this particular 747 is that...this 747 is not really ordered by PAL,this is a Kuwait Airways plane but not taken up.

  • great background music!

  • tomorrow i am going to take mas airlines too ecited:D

  • @jwmow have a good flight!

  • @RvXKaz i show you mine when i come back

  • @RvXKaz today is the day of my flight

  • that's my birthday!again...(PR506)

  • i think you have allot of money every day travel

  • @jwmow i wish i was like you,everyday travel

  • acording to wikipedia, the boeing 747-400 flew 4 times a week to saudi arabia.

I think tats the reason for the arabic words at the exit signs.

  • @MrBumblebee750 Actually because it came from Kuwait airways.

  • Arabic Words were used on the exit signs since this aircraft was originally to be delivered to Kuwait Airways but was delivered to Philippine Airlines instead.

  • what are you doing in philippines

  • @emoteroalagano I was in transit to hong kong :)

  • cant access to your facebook

  • Great videos but felt sorry for that theft incident. I would have been so pissed off if that happened to me.

  • @sbull78 yeah it was quite traumatising for me (and probably any other traveller). Glad nothing was taken and everything went ok in the end. What a dramatic ending! haha

  • IDG why some seats have no windows.

  • did your plane arrive from san francisco?

  • @dancena2 i have no idea!

  • @DeltaEagle7700 it's a barong(do not know correct spelling)it is supposed to be tucked out.......

  • How intersting at 1:34. That cabin attendent's uniform shirt is untucked! Ouch! That hurts your stuff got stolen! Reminds me of the time when I was at Los Angeles airport! I don't remember exactly, but most of my clothes were missing! I had to buy new ones!

  • @DeltaEagle7700 phew i guess i got slightly luckier than you. You were probably as distraught as I was! Hate those airport handlers!

  • Nice to see your report on PAL :-) Like your music choice. Have flown PAL a many times during my visits to Philippines. PAL even uses 747 for their domestic routes. I had a 50 minutes flight from Cebu to Manila on their 747.. Shortest flight ever on a 747 for me. Food looked ok.. It's never really that special on PAL, but it seems they offer better quality now. Sorry to read about the theft :-( I have had the same on NAIA. It happens regularly on NAIA it seems. This really need to improve.

  • @wjb033 Yes I agree with you. I hear it happens quite often at NAIA too...

  • I am sorry to hear about your bags, that was a bad surprise.. also for having no window seat. I love the vintage effect of the photos in the video!

  • @hmasurg thanks very much! yeah the theft incident really put a damp at the start of my holiday but thankfully it turned out well in the end.

  • Do you like ugly gweilo-food like spaghetti Bolognese? Thought you would choose something tasty asian food?

  • Sorry to hear that your lugage was stolen..that can happen in Manila. Been there two times..lots of flink hands that can steal although the pinos are a friendly people.

  • @am1966ath completely agree with what you said

  • @RvXKaz Did the airline offer you compensation?? Bagage can diseapear..has happend to me too but with those bar-codes bagage is tracked by the airline..did they steal your luggage after you collected it?

  • @RvXKaz I also flew out of Manila once..and the SIA flight I also had a A-seat without window.*surprise*

  • Name of the first song that was playing pleasee?

  • @thaiviet16 sorry for the delayed reply! just like a star by corrine rae bailey

  • I've been on two flights where the window was blocked.I was gutted.Sorry to read you were a victim of theft.Anyway, another great video.Keep them coming.Looking forward to the next one

  • @blissful351 thanks so much! I'm really glad you enjoyed this one. Hopefully there won't be any more blocked windows for our flights in the future! Its always a nasty shock!

  • @frenlyguy95 tell me about it man.. to add on, i was dead-shagged from travelling and not sleeping the previous night too. but the flight itself was pleasant and a nice oasis to seek solace in the middle of the muddle I was in, literally!

  • So sorry to hear about your baggage. I guess there are bad people as well as good in the world. You deserve better than what happened to you.

  • @unitedcomputers thanks very much for your support :) appreciate it very much!

  • yay \m/

  • A nice video Gavin...it's just a shame about the twats at the end...im always worried about someone getting into my case..i double up on locks and use TSA pacsafe credit card style locks..no key...no combo number...just a credit card sized card with holes in it....the lock has a slot that you push the card into to open the lock....i also feel my case is safe at middle eastern airports with the old cut the right hand off for stealing things they have over them places.

  • @19bootsy68 oh! thanks for the tip about the credit card style locks. I should get myself one of those! the company who fixed my luggage told me combo number locks are useless! i totally believe them after my incident. lol I somehow think transit flights will have more of such theft problems than direct ones but now that you've told me about the middle-east laws, I can see why EK won't face this problem ;)

  • @RvXKaz Combo locks can be broke into easy...just take a look on Youtube it shows you how to do it, my case has a combo lock fitted to the case but i never use it...my father has the same style of case and he could not remember his 3 digit number (i think he was drunk when he set it) no problem i said we'll look on Youtube...minutes later i was in his case...so he now puts the credit card lock on his as extra security.

  • @RvXKaz I once was reading something about a test they done in some Middle East airport, the test was to place a mans wallet on the floor and watch to see who picks it up and what they did with it? people just walked past even though they had seen it until one man got the police over...it seems everyone was frightened incase they were accused of stealing the wallet from someone.

  • Nice, I was quite surprised at how new the Interior of the 747 looked. It must have had a recent refurbishment. And also fair dues to PAL for having PTV on their 747s.

  • @MrWahid1969 yeah! I kinda like the new interior! Very modern and sleek. Good big screens on the PTV too! Thanks so much for watching, again! :)

  • the never lost reputation of (not only PAL) but all Airlines in the philippines, flight delays, very common to all carriers.. :))

woow! how cruel of those baggage handlers or should i say THIEVES! =))

  • @truly0phinoy yes! it was awful! It didn't help that I was very tired from not sleeping the previous night so I was quite traumatised

  • great video!.....the big bang theory on the entertainment system cool!!!

  • @matsnowb yeah awesome! thanks very much :D

  • @siegfried1858 haha Yes! i should have!

  • you always fly on PIA dont you lol

  • @LeeClaxton haha not PIA my friend, Its PAL :p but I hardly ever stick to one airline ;) thanks for watching!

  • nice one!!! Arabic Words were used since this plane (I think!) is also for their Middle Eastern flights to Riyadh. Hahaha.

  • @kjec15 thanks so much Kurt! and yeah you may be right!

  • I love it!!

  • @livingitadam thanks so much ;)
