Have you considered Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many incredible things about it and my cooworker lost tons of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
For some reason, I barley eat anything at all, and I sit on my ass almost all day because I have nothing better to do and I loose weight. I think it actually depends on the person metabolism.
You don't have any idea of what you're talking about. Some people don't store much fat some people do. For example I can eat fatty foods whole day long and put on very little weight but other may eat one sausage a day and still get fat. he key is to be active and if still getting fat, than excercise daily for 30 minutes till you sweat.
If you sit all day long, no matter what you still can get fat.
I eat cereals for breakfast and lunch with low fat milk. Low fat meals at night with fresh fish, or chicken, lots of vegetables etc PLUS I go to the gym twice a week and I am still 3 stone (40lbs) over weight - explain?
not neccisarily i know lots of skinny people who eat more than i do, im 16 weighing 210-215, my cousin is 19 he eats 3 times as much as i do just little often , as for me lots during regular meal periods, it mostly depends on how active you are and your metabolic rate, and my cousin uses bacon grease as butter.,, and thanks for the luck great site. thank you.
