  • 30 crunches, 3 times a week. Flyer falls, 20 push ups. I'm the flyer. HAHHAHAHAHHA. I have 4 packs WHOOH! Cheerleader for life <3

  • i think i doing it wrong it feel my stomach gettin tight but it's to easy and all the comments say sit hard but i could easily do 50...

  • @firecracker1314 you shouldnt be bending your spine at all when crunching.

  • When ever I do a sit up or crunch I only feel it in my back. Please help!

  • i way 66.5kg. at the age of 14.

  • @MrModsBABY1 At the age of 14 you should probably know how to spell 'weigh' ;) x

  • did 300 :P, guys it doesn't matter how fat you are.

  • for a more intense form that also works the gluteus and hips, put your legs up bent, around a 90 degree angle from your the bottom of your stomach... I promise you it will burn! I can do about 200 without rest with normal crunches but with this I could only get about 50

  • @livestrong a rep is one lift right? how many should i do as a beginner?

  • @stickytwig around 4 sets of 8 as a beginner.

  • @PERSIAIOS hey, can you explain about the 'sets' lol, i dont know what it is.

  • @Shaqquee One set would mean how many you do before a 10-15 second break. You, as a beginner does 4 sets of 8, which means do 8 crunches and take a 10 second break. Do another 8 crunches, take a 10 second break. Do another 8, take break. Than another. That is 32 crunches in all, 4 sets of 8. I would not recommend doing crunches unless you are trying to strengthen core. It does not remove fat, it only makes abs stronger once you have them. If you are trying to lose weight, do running.

  • I not yet able to lift my head!!!

  • i like your shoes :)

  • Gr8 chick

  • Shave ur armpits bitch

  • @KellyNormal They are shaven asshole, its just the lighting.

  • @KellyNormal it is. it's the lighting that's casting a shadow so it appears she hasn't shaven but she has.

  • and would doing these on my bed be ok? lol i dont have a work out space

  • @nadielove don't. haha. do it on the floor. :)

  • i do these like twice as fast as she does it - would it still work as well?

  • i did 100 max and it does hurt after and at about 70-80 it does start to kinda hurt lol

  • I'm pritty average weight for my size, i try and make sure i dont go over 1500 calories a day and do about 30mins of jogging each day + weekend walks, yet my stomache is still a bit flabby :( will these crunchies help get me a flat stomach?

  • @plutopianation it depends what makes up your 1500 calories, you need barely any fat at all in them 1500 calories and lots of protein.

  • If I want my stomach to be tighter how many should I be doin

  • a thousand and one, one thousand and 2, one thousand and 3.................

  • i just got done running around my development with my mom twice, then i went out again and ran to the pool and back, when we got home i went to my room and did about 20 crunches but i did some of them the wrong way, this really helped !!!!

  • Just did 100 and exactly where my six pack is is hurting, i guess thats a good sign :D

  • If you can do more than 20 crunches then you need to add weight. Going beyond 20 reps does nothing for hypertrophy; you're training strictly for endurance at that point. I put 35 lbs of plates on my chest then go super slow

  • can anyone help me? is it ok to put weights under my feets because when i try to do them without weights i struggle to keep my feet flat on the ground??

  • How many should I do? O_O Ty <3

  • @Sliprez 100 per day

  • @Sliprez if you just started try 4 3 sets of 20 , if you're more experienced you can try 4 sets of 30 on 1 day just ;)

  • does anyone else's throat-area muscles hurt A LOT while doing this? :(

btw thanks i now do this everyday :)

  • @YT012334209 definitely

  • @YT012334209 support your neck. Also, stop doing them if it hurts too much lol

  • @kyle2studios Congratulations! Somebody tell 'em what he's won...

  • This was uploaded on my birthday. 2 years ago.

  • I dont know if its the shape of my body (im skinny so no gut getting in the way lol) or what but crunches put WAY too much pressure on my chest. I dont know what it is. Leg lifts and other core excercises are fine, but crunches actually cause me literal pain. I also find it hard to breathe properly when i do them. Ive just cut crunches out completely.

  • @InfamousStarzX ahahaha me too..

  • is it normal if your neck feels some tension, stiffness in it after doing 100 crunches suddenly?

  • @Th3Lessonend5 its not, im also getting it and its because we are doing it wrong

  • Is this heavier then a normal sit up?

  • I don't understand it doesn't look like she's doing anything...

  • @TheChickenRiceBowl trust me its 10x better then a noraml sit up. sit ups work hips but this is JUST for abs

  • @ps2peter oh ok. Thanks for telling me the difference because I want a stronger core not hips :P.

  • @TheChickenRiceBowl it may look like it, but when u actually try the crunches and do like 30 you'll feel your stomach muscles working

  • im fat fml

  • @LittleAnnieNicholls ahahahhahahahahaahhahhaahahaahha :D

  • Very helpful

  • works wonders for my digestive system too... :D

  • 600 in 12 minutes, every 2 days:) Bring it

  • @Bmth1453 that's just stupid in my opinion, your abs are like every other muscle. 3x untill u can't go on (30-35 in my case.) it's hard to believe u do 200 without stopping.12 min and 600 could also mean u don't rest between the reps. The pauses are as important as the exercise, ofcourse! try other exercise like leg raisers to train your lower section

  • @Bloodygator

Uummmm okay, if i did 600 without stopping, then it wouldnt be under 12 minutes, now would it?

  • you know when she said wait 2-3 minutes after doing the set of 8-12 reps, how many times do you repeat the reps daily?

  • it works wonders, after a week alredy seeing results :))

  • Lol im 13 and i do about a possible 300 - 400 sit ups a day and do about 150 of these :D

  • @XxSkYsOnxX Well your wasting your time if your not giving your abs time to heal they wont get stronger

try doing it 3 times a week instead

dont believe me then look it up 100 times on google = /

  • @bluetube147 Yeah im gonna take weekends off

  • @XxSkYsOnxX well thats still not enough i mean im just trying to point this out to you and help you out its not like you need to listen what im saying but honestly you should be doing it with breaks in between

so like for example i do mon wend then fri and repeat

actually im gonna start doing 2 times a week because its about that time you know how after around 6 months you are suppose to only do 2 times a week =) just pointing this out dont get mad at me or anything lol

  • @bluetube147 Lol im not getting mad at you :L I was actually thinking of doing it like one day then take the next day off or something :) Thanks for the advice

  • @XxSkYsOnxX then your not doing them properly lol! seriosuly i did the same mistake then i found out i wasent doing shit.

  • @XxSkYsOnxX yeah and you probably weigh like 110 pounds lol

  • @austinisme2477 I weigh 6 and a half stone :P

  • its so fucking hard

  • are you not supposed to like make ur head touch the ground each time? and like stay up the whole time?

  • Am I doing it wrong if I feel strain on my arms?

  • your videos are very helpful, i like how you also state what not to do :)

  • I make every day 150 sit-ups.

  • Great thanks

  • 30 and my uh, stomach? Upper part? Hurts like hell. xD

  • @akito989 Do 200 sit ups one night. I did it and i couldnt do sit ups for 3 days.

  • i have done these but it feels like it is only working the top two of my abs? got any idea why?

  • @MrRisTi The crunches only work the top part of the abs (well actually some one proved that any ab exercise works all the abs) but when people say this exercise works the upper part this works the lower part what that really means is that it seems to get worked more its kinda hard to explain it m even still a tad confused

try doing a crunch but have one hand on your lower abs if you did it right your should feel your lower part contracting and doing some work to=D

  • hey i have 143 pounds and im 6.1 feet and i am doing 100 - 150 abdominal crunches,200 -300 sit-ups, every morning i go waling/running for 30 min, every evening running/walking for 30 min and in the day i ride my bicycle and jump rope 20 min twice per day. I want to know how fast can i get abs and how fast can i loose stomach fat by doing this every day

  • Comment removed

  • @TheSvinja You shouldn't be doing it every day.

  • thank you! very helpful~

i guess all these time i've been doing my crunches wrong! :)

  • is your head suppoused to be up looking towards the sealing ? Because i find that that hurts my abs more. But you want it to hurt. No Pain. No gain

  • @djmexel they are both good but crunches are proven to give a better workout and burn more calories.

  • i'll let you do the situps for me..

  • if your shoulders are touching the floor does that mean its improper?

  • keeping arms like on chest works better for me

  • kanker advertenties!

  • this is a great video thankyou :)

  • aren't crunches and situps almost the same thing

  • @candyyycanesz sort of yeah, but sit ups work other muscles too :)

  • @candyyycanesz In looks yeh, but crunches do your upper abs, sit ups do your lower

  • my neck hurts!!

  • @maribelharu Your pulling on your neck arent u lol

  • @bluetube147 emm..idk..i just follow like she did

  • @maribelharu I dunno apparently they say you get neck pain when you pull the neck my neck never hurts instead its my back but i just try to deal with it

  • Comment removed

  • @maribelharu my upper abs only hurt

  • @avriladoo girls with six packs look hot. Go for an eight pack

  • I though crunches was when you move your feet and legs ?

  • Live strong!

  • what is better? sit ups or crunches?

  • oh c'mon... it's not like its abnormal to have hairy pits. its perfectly normal.

  • This is great instruction, thanks!

  • So, if I feel a bit of a strain on my neck, am I doing it wrong?

  • my back hurts everytime i do crunches any tips and also it built ABBs and burn fats right?

  • N lower aaaaah

love when she talks while showin the excercise

  • I love hairy armpits.

  • This is an amazing video, so helpful! Now, if I could just get started on it...

  • does she mean 50 reps in a set at 0:44 ? Im doing about 5 sets of 20 every day. Is this a decent number or not?

  • @avriladroo ew a girl with a six pack? just ew..

  • @avriladroo you´re gonna get fit in one day?

    troll harder nigger

  • @avriladroo women with six packs are weird, and tbh most guys i know think its disgusting...

  • @avriladroo ummmmmmm illllllllllllll no guy wants a girl with a sixpack he might as well date a dude

  • @gokuecw You know girl six packs dont look like guy six packs it looks very sexy and sleek so i think you got the wrong idea there

  • @avriladroo One day, there will be someone that likes you alot more then your best friend.

  • @avriladroo this happened to me :) got ingoned all the way through school by boys....now they all wont leave me alone. im laughing :) your time will come :D be happy with yourself! xx

  • @sopdiedop thanks for actually being the first nice person to reply on this comment! :D

  • and this is how you do your crunch..

  • my back always hurts when i do crunches. any suggestions, help, tips? plz

  • @brittc18 You're probably doing sit-ups by mistake (going all the way up). Also, it helps to have a soft blanket layed out on a flat surface to do crunches on. Make sure that the blanket isn't too thick otherwise it will be as if you're doing them on a bed and that isn't a good idea.

  • @Idontwannaname0 ah ty so much!

  • Comment removed

  • i want to ask -do crunches help to lose fat from thighs or it's only for your abs...?pls reply.....

  • @iliketorockkk Crunches don't even affect your thighs. Squats aren't a good idea either because that will just get you muscular quadroceps and I doubt that you want bigger thighs. Running is the only solution that I am aware of. It pretty much burns all body fat. Remember this tip: It is better to run further distances than to run faster!

  • @Idontwannaname0 ..thanx for replying.......no i don't want bigger thighs..i don't have thunder thighs either..i'm a dentist so i've to sit all day.,,i'm afraid i'll gain weight bcos we don't get up from our chair sometimes for 3-4 hrs.......

  • @iliketorockkk Well it's always a good idea to start sooner (even if you aren't even remotely overweight) because losing weight can be tough when it actually happens. Running for 45 minutes a day is ideal but only 2 days a week still makes a great difference.

  • @Idontwannaname0 thank you once again...........i 'll definitely start this from today only........

  • @DangersHD Nopee. That's for situps, not crunches.

  • You don't go all the way up?

  • Great video, I hope I am not too dumb to repeat the way you do it! xD

  • Are you guys joking or am I the only one seeing absolutely no armpit hair?

  • when can i start seeing results around my stomach?

  • you guys are retarded she doesnt have hairy pits its shadow. youll notice this when she extends her arms all the way back.

  • @uhxohlovestruck

Hello, I'm a lab expert with youtube videos. Thanks to science and research it has been conclusively proven those are very hairy arm pits. She might even be bigfoots mother..

  • @uhxohlovestruck Exactly. But of course it does not matter. All those of Women who must not have hair and Men have to (except Armpits and maybe crotch). Let people decide and don't judge people of being not manly or 'womanly'

  • @uhxohlovestruck yeah, and so what if she did have hairy armpits? people have body hair...

  • @uhxohlovestruck 0:58 she has no arm hair okay people shes good i checked 4 times and if you don't believe me go to 0:58 and pause it

  • she has more pit hair than most men

  • @XxSCPEproductionsxX You love it.

  • @XxSCPEproductionsxX no..no...actually the light is placed in such an angle.......it's her own shadow which makes it appear darker............otherwise she doesn't have that .what ppl are saying.....

  • Omg, :S shave the pits :S!!!

  • Is it normal that the back of my neck near the shoulders hurt?

  • @jhan168 thats probably because you are thrusting your neck forward to lift. You should lift completely with your abs.

  • eeerkh look at he armpics

  • You will not get visible abdominal muscles by just doing crunches besides this is retarded compared to compound muscles exercises.

  • No pain no gain.

  • Now I know, what crunches mean.

  • Would it really help? :O

  • informative thanks, i was doing my crunches coming up to high

  • I hav the braclet tht says live strong

  • that's it? christ ive been bending in way further, no wonder my back hurts

  • I just did 50 of these, if you do them right, It actually works your abs more than full sit ups. The key is to use 100% abs, not voluntarily lifting your head with your hands or neck. You'll know what I'm talkin bout. Everyone saying this is a weak version of a sit-up, it's actually tougher when your doing more than normal, like 10 or 20. Any less you can't really tell a difference.

  • @KoRn315 do you do it straight to 50 or do you divide them by sets?

  • @KoRn315 Its not just for crunches any exercise you want to try to use only the muscle your tryin to work but somepeople make the mistake of useing other body parts

the crunch for example your right if your just lifting your head it seems easy but if you focus on just using

    the abs then its hard

  • @sheisozge

    lol, that's what I just did, 25 five of them, I guess I was doing a sit-up.

  • Thanks for this vid, I didn't really know what crunches were, rofl. Big help since I wanna go to West Point, and they make you do a maximum of 50. I don't really wanna look like an idiot, haha. Again, thanks a ton :)

  • isn't it better to do full sit ups???

  • @kinglocky10 sit ups burn more calories, but crunches work more of your abs

  • I can't do it, no matter what o.o

  • Comment removed

  • isnt this just a wimpy sit up?

  • dont you need to go more up than that?

  • beautiful

  • Smoking hot and great advice

  • how should i clentch my sphincter. should i squeeze that brown eye with each crunch, should i keep it loose as though its not there, or should i do separate exercisez? ?

  • I must get a 4 pack quick. Patience is the key to success.

  • from an angle, you look like courtney cox.

  • @barnett682 Yes you can do hundreds and you will eventually get a six pack, but if you have some body fat covering it its not going to show. Someone could have the biggest packs, but no one can see them as its getting covered by fat, so combine crunches with healthy eating and cardio and your packs will come through.
