@S2YEscape yea, i agree. I was pissed when i wrote that, from all the harsch critic i've read on the internet about Battle.net 2.0. Bnet 2.0 works quite good for normal games... but when it come's to custom gaming, which actually was the main reason i bought this game it sucks. However i'm not gonna give up hope just yet. Blizzard has never failed me before, and hopefully won't now either. The actual game is very good, which is what they obviously has aimed to perfect over those long years.

You have to pay to play with other regions. The whole game is developed, yet they split it into 3 parts so they could charge $180 for a game that should be $50. Any good player made map will be $5. And this is the beginning. Wow, someone buy me a sniper rifle and I will take out bobby kotick myself. Google bobby kotick greed if you want to see the direction activision/blizzard is heading. Sad face about blizzard, you will be missed.

@MrPannra I agree that blizz is abit greedy, but please, get your facts straight.

The whole trilogy thing is good. More expansions = more ways to play(new units each time, more campaign content, etc). If you don't want the xpacks, you're still free to play WoL only. WoL still has more content than SC1 or BW.

Good player made maps won't be $5, and most likely still will not cost anything. At the most, I could see player made maps costing a dollar or so.

Cross region play is coming, chill.

@Slaanash Umm, you do know that none of the obvious-yet-missing features mentioned are actually going into the finished product, right? It would be fine if what you said were the case. But recent interviews indicate all the features included in the beta are (almost) all the features there are going to be. This is why people are upset, we thought there'd be more coming... and it isn't.

I can't believe I actually thought that Blizzard hadn't implemented chat functions for the sole purpose of testing the game itself and that the social aspects of B-net2.0 would be there for launch.

Personally I didn't use the chat all that much in SCBW, but it was nice that is was there to be used at all and helped feel that you weren't "alone" when you were logged in. Also, it gave somewhat of a sense of how popular the game was in your country because of the channels.
