I like your video. I have one question, how may lpm? I ask because I'm working on ICE side but if i make enough HHO I would like to try making one for myself
i really think that you could increase the effeciency of this heat output but having the tips pushed through the bottom of an aluminium heat sink so it absorbs the heat from the brass tip and also the fins will absorb the heat and then finally the tuna can with a lid and side walls going down to the bench top to full contain any heat produced. i think you could acheive 30% fast boil easily.
You are right it does do better with everything closed off. , The biggest problem I see so far is dealing with the water build up from burning the hho ...when its just about completely closed off if ya dont keep an eye on it will put the flames out from water dropping on it , but they also self ignite right back its pretty neat ...

in this video i didnt do a lpm test , guessing i would say right around 500 ml per min or less ..
I have managed to do 19 tips with only 2.3 lpm minimum ..
