Can You tell me what kind of IC is HC40001?
I can't buy it and I must use something similar but I didn't find datasheet of this module.
I think that is inverting gate (from your schematic) but I may be wrong.

@Casiuss84 oops I wrote it wrong, this is a HCF4011BEY NAND used a s an inverter...

Hi martin, you simply need to supply the gates and the flip-flops (eg. pin 14 and 7 of your IC's)...
