Cody, the tap harmonic thing is just a matter of playing with the speed of how you tap the fret board. Also, Viri is right about the floaty ones (that's what I call em). Pluck with the thumb, get the harmonic with the index.

@codydecoteau Its like pinch harmonic's. From the back of the guitar, past the 12th fret, even tho the fret board has ended you can still do harmonics on it. tihnk of it this way, fret 0 to 12 - 1 octave, 12-24 another octave, 24-36 another octave, so even though there is not fret board you can still make the harmonics sound out as there is a high octave there! Hope this makes sense, if it doest search the internet ;)

anybody know how he does the slap-harmonic like at 2:27? I can do all the other ones really easily and get some good volume out of em but I can't do that one where it looks like he slaps the fretboard.

@thepaulodonnell Choose a finger to work with. I personally use the middle finger for slap harmonics. If you want to slap more than 2 strings you have to hold the finger parallel to the fretboard and hit the area where you can get the harmonics from by letting the finger bounce off the fretboard. So keep your finger loose, thus after hitting the fretboard it will bounce off. You can also use other fingers, it's personal preference.
