@Phokey29 I think we need to be careful with what we hear and from what source. The meat I tried was from a famous night market street in Beijing called WangFuJin (many foreigners go there purposely to try all these foods on skewers) and it's REALLY CHEAP. I don't think the Chinese selling it focus so much on how it tastes because it's really just the experience for the foreigners. I've heard many stories before and I think we need to be careful and not be quick to judge on everything we hear.
