Meaning you can get over heartache and move on happily, if you just trust in the Lord and know that the best thing for you is to move on.

what are you talking about? There's nothing forced about her voice. There's no comparison when it comes to Anita Baker. Chrisette is more along the lines of jazz greats such as, Billy Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, and Sarah Vaughn

Yes you should listen to more of her. Ella was amazing of course but Chrisette is definitely the modern version with a lot of different styles mixed together. She is VERY versatile.

Chrisette Michele's "BLAME IT ON ME" and the title track are the best songs on her mediorce sophomore CD. The two songs are consistent with the way her voice was presented on her debut CD.
For her 3rd CD, I hope she goes back to exhibiting her voice over sub par R&B material.
This performance was outstanding, the last CD I bought was a year and a half ago...but, Epiphany I had to buy and support Chrisette, a true Masterpiece!!
