  • This gave me an idea; 1 Scoop of Strawberry Isolate Whey Protein + 1 Scoop of Chocolate Isolate Whey Protein + 1 Whole Banana = Banana Split Isolate Whey Protein Shake. Low carb.

  • For all of you who are hating on stevia I don't know why. I tastes great, but on behalf of your own opinion maybe replace it.with a different sugar substitute. If you are looking for honey, try blue.nectar agave. Its lower carbs, natural and low GI of you worry about that.

  • Where can i find Stevia. I went to my usual supermarket and i didnt find it.

  • My primary problem with all these recipes is that Stevia has a disgusting taste and if you add honey or similar stuff the calories go up to 700/800... but really, stevia is simply disgusting

  • @BravingTheOutDoors I totally agree, it is waaay gross and the reason I never really make any of his recipes. They're all good recipe ideas but the stevia is just too nasty.

  • @BravingTheOutDoors I felt the same until I switched around. Diff companies process the Stevia through differing methods. My fave brands now that have NO bitter aftertaste are Truvia; and Trader Joe's brand of Stevia. No bitterness at all.

  • i'll use the ON Double Rich Chocolate instead. It will be both whey protein and chocolate in one! :D

  • Thanks Michael, this was super yummy! Instead of yogurt I added one packet of Truvia, and a handfull of raisins. I never knew having chocolate for breakfast could be so guilt free :)

I was wondering, i'm trying to lose weight but i would like to remain curvy & if possible increase the size of my buttocks & maintain the thickness of my legs whilst toning up the remainder of my body. Are there certain foods i should eat to help achieve this or will protein powder help me see these results? Could you do a video on when and what we should eat before/after a work out & i'm seeing zero results with my arms, lower stomach and waist :(

  • @bodybuildlife hey no need to get nasty son, ur right it is a serving. 1/2 c Oats makes 1 c cooked. But elderly women like me, should eat half unless we workout super hard. I do.

  • I like oatmeal, peanut butter, cinnamon, and a sliced up apple with a glass of milk. Every morning, favorite meal of the day.

  • Please make as many quick oatmeal recipes as you can. It's what I mostly eat because it's easy to make and very fast.

  • @DollDisasterx Stevia is a natural plant extract, splenda has aspartame in it, but realistically, you're not going to consume enough splenda that its a health risk

  • @leanbodylifestyle i dont have any new years resulotion on losing weight. i just woke up on a january morning and told my self to hit the gym and i already lost 5pounds since then.i weight 255pounds now im i only weight 250.3pounds. and im looking for tasty and good food that will go with my diet. now u got another subscriber thanks for this recipe i can still eat what i want and lose weight.
