    again well done!

  • :o ......im speechless......

  • Tom:

I love your vids. Recently took up mandolin and am curious about any advice you have on playing tremolo. So much disagreement on the web forums--very small pick? hard? brand and specs? loose hold and feel or do you try to stiffen up our whole wrist? Pick hold etc.--anything you can share I sure folks would enjoy because your versions are the best out there.--or perhaps a little demo of the hold on the next one...thx

  • @tuckytunes Hi - wow, thanks for the lovely comment :)

Well, I can't tell you what pick to use, because it is down to how you want your mandolin to sound and how you wish to play. But, the pick I use and will only ever use are by Dunlop and they are Jazz III picks. They are small and thick but create a deep, rich, ringing sound unlike other hard picks. They are small and thick so I have great control when doing the tremelo. Hope this helps - message me if you need to know anythng else, take care

  • amazing i cry

  • Well done, keep up the good work!
