I lent this CD to a friend of mine. Listened to a couple of songs, didn't think much of it. Then, while cleaning his apartment, he put it on again and slowly fell head over heels in love with The Sea and Cake! Now he's a huge fan. What choice did he have?
When I talk about the sea and cake I either hear:
1. I've never heard of them
2. I've got a friend who's really into them
3. I love them

@77hodag -- Same thing happened to me, except with their Oui album. Set it aside for a year, went back to it and fell in love with the band's style.
