@searo123 These movements definitely require a strong lower back. Start with our beginner ab workouts and work your way up to the six pack workouts. As your lower back gets stronger, the pain will go away. Search " Quick Beginner Ab Workout HASfit " on google or on HASfit .com

@KozakSportsPerform I will :) do youthink it's possible to get it withing 6 weeks? And one more question, I'm skinny Around the stomache area, so should I first get fat in that area to show max results?
@Mriloveyouu2 You can definitely see results in 6 weeks if you are already skinny. DON'T get fat first! Getting skinny is the hard part for most people.

@Mriloveyouu2 You should do abs about 5x per week if that is your main focus.. Make sure to mix up your routine. We have dozens more ab workouts at HASfit .com , all for FREE. Also, diet is important so grab the free meal plan while you're there.
