Yes, that is basically true. Increased magnesium intake will lower blood pressure. And you can absorb magnesium through transdermally (through the skin). However, start with just a 10 - 15 minute bath as you can absorb too much magnesium sulfate and end up with diarrhea and/or lowering your blood pressure too much.
Magnesium regulates blood pressure, can it regulates also who have low blood pressure,or only lower it?
my pressute used to be between 9 and 10 systolic and now tha i´m using magnesium is 11 and a feel lot better.
