DC Universe Online - Getting stuck on SoE screen Fix

mine is almost done downloading but its at 11,360 MB out of 18,142 MB and its ( 62.7% ) completed but it wont move this has never happened before until now i tried exitting and opening it again, i went to the website and did the install wizard again and chose ReInstall/Repair and that didnt do anything either... Any Help?

i login and i click play and it brings up the same login screen i type my user and pass and it says invalid and i am stuck dere D: HELP ME PLZ i just got the game and its already got problems

Arg.. noone has a video that shows you how to fix the frozen download problem. My download refuses to go past 14.67GB out of 18GB. Iv allowed it through my AV and firewall and have tried multiple other suggestions. anyone have a clue?

i'm not stuck at SOE Screen but on connecting....

it stays for i think 10mins then it disconnects me and i'm the only one running the internet and all my programs are closed so it should be fast but idk what to do does this fix it for me and if you know an easier way help plz anyone

I had to move it to my E drive, it used up to much space on my C drive, it says download not installed when it is installed, how can i change the game folder and whats the problem?

@mydoggchico Use the launcher in internet explorer then you will see "allow this?" Just allow it then your internet explorer will probably crash so then switch to firefox and then go to the launch page again and it should start your download. Enjoy!

@deplaymaker Hey thanks for the reply. I've found the solution myself which is the internet one that allowed me to install the SOE installer but then internet explorer crashes so then I switch back to Firefox and now it works.
