weights can help you streanthen your joins and tendons, so only attempt it if you can do atleast 6 reps or so, it's bad advice to tell people never to try.
and just as an add to what i just said, this guy has good form as well, and he's careful near the end he lifts it half way tries to push a little more but realises he can't so he just stops. He makes no effort with his body to give him an extra push.
I was told that if u pass the 90 degree angle twoice which means bringing it to touch the shoulder and then pushing above the 90 degree angle would make your shoulder work the best!

If you want awesome shoulders look for a vid by John Morrison a proffessional wrestler, he gives workout tips for shoulders. I think it is best to knock off maybe 5kg so you can execute the full twist while you lift. However this guy does nt seem to have that problem. I think you can develop huge shoulders lifting anything from 25kg dumbells up

I definitely recommend DC training. However, please have some years "under your belt" because it requires a significant mind-muscle connect. I recommend Justin Harris videos if that's what you are referring to.
Ive done DC Training and my buddy is religious with it and the results are breath taking..literally. Im sure this guy is not on performance enhancement drugs. He worked his way to getting stronger and stronger while eating like a beast. Good job! "rest to grow, train hard to get big"

I definitely recommend DC training. However, please have some years "under your belt" because it requires a significant mind-muscle connect. I recommend Justin Harris videos if that's what you are referring to.

Ive done DC Training and my buddy is religious with it and the results are breath taking..literally. Im sure this guy is not on performance enhancement drugs. He worked his way to getting stronger and stronger while eating like a beast. Good job! "rest to grow, train hard to get big"

i aint jealous. i can shoulder press 90 pound dumbbells for 8 reps but i am natural and 23 years old and never used steroids in my life.this guy has used streoids to get ahead.so his strength is not all natural.
