How to Install iConomyChestShop for a Minecraft Bukkit Server 1.8.1 [HD]

When i download the new version the folder with chestshop.jar is called sample files (paste in plugins folder) does this do anything?

ive placed the sign with the correct text and intems in the chest however if i right click on the chest it opens it but left click doesnt do anything but break the sign, green text said 'ive successfully created a shop" but nothing is worknig, i type in /money and its an unknown command need serious help.

@PrimalZemmeh you can't buy/sell from yourself. you'll have to have someone else create a shop and you buy/sell from them.

So my problem is that i create a chest and fill it with the stock i then make the sign above it with the correct format but when i go to click on it. it doesn't buy nor sell it just opens up the chest. btw i have iconomy.
