this is absolutey normal for the 1.4 TSI - the engine needs higher rpms at the start. all downsizing engines show this phenomena.

Thats normal sound in my golf 6 90kw TSi, this sound acures often especialy when engine and exhaust system is cold. After 1min engine run it stops.
