This is all hog wash the government is trying to privatize education. Its so obvious they love coming up with bubble. Corporations have landed in education first in the District of Columbia now they are funding grants so that the private sector can invest in education. We have a problem with think tanks in America that manipulate industry in order to gain money at all cost.
