  • good work man i hope you try now for 500 even if its on smith

  • @animallift2 going to

  • the smith machine is wack. you dont work your stablizer muscles. try that on a real press he wouldn't have even gotten the bar up

  • Stabilizer muscles?

  • yes, the smith machine is on a pulley system so it does the work of stabilizing the bar and weight.

  • Yes I understand that already...That's why I looked it up...I want a guided bench press like this one...But I just wanted you to explain what the stabilizer muscles exactly ARE...Deltoids?...Lats?...What?...

And besides this is more efficient in my opinion...The weight is more concentrated AND you don't need a spotter, so you can do it anytime you like...

  • i don't know what they're called. but with the smith machine your stronger arm is going to do a lot of the work. I agree with you it's efficient, but it's no substitute for a free weight bench press.

  • Makes sense...And in that case, that would be my right arm...I play tennis, so that's probably why...

  • your really strong

  • please rate

  • its hard doing it it free weights but i wanted to make sure that i didnt right for the film but if your going to lift that heavy get a spot just in case but you already no that

  • how much is the bar on that thing..and is it the same lifting using the machine and jus the free wieght

  • alot of weight for a wee skiny guy to press

  • hahhahahah steroid!!!

  • 400 pounds! impressive!

  • please comment
