@KitaKillerz: Yes & no. In single player, you are limited to only the areas you have unlocked through the story mode. Doing the story mode all at once makes the game go by faster. However, online in the main menu, you are allowed to drive all over the city, but you have to immediately shift out of the main menu. If you go back in the Dodge, your back at the main menu, at least on my system. I ended up enjoying the different multiplayer modes though. Did not see rally car off-road racing coming.
