  • Sounds like an american from Maine. :)) good job.

  • you sound like a new englander.

  • Really good! some parts u could tell though

  • NORTH AMERICANS DONT HAVE ACCENTS YOU POSH TWAT

  • LOL you can kinda tell you still had a little British accent underlying the American one.

  • It's funny how we Americans forget that we ourselves have aqccents...not just people from different places around the world haha.

  • Good accent! I wouldn't have known the difference

  • Wait, we have and accent? hmm..isn't it the other way around ?

  • When you spoke with the American accent, it was actually really cute, haha! A bit like a nerdy lisp was there, covering up your actual accent. It was sweet, heehee.

    It was good, though. ^_^

  • No, you sounded really good! I could only hear a slight bit of your real accent :)

  • Lee Hyori? GO KPOP. lol

  • You sound like you have a russian accent or something, it doesn't sound like a natural american accent to me (native new yorker), sorry.

  • 0:19

the answer to that question is because its funny!

  • can you make a video of what you sound like when you're not trying to talk in an american accent?

  • Bro, you might wanna change the thumbnail.

    Just sayin'....

  • why are your pupils so large?!

  • @spraynardkruger3 he's high

  • I think you did a pretty good job!

  • jasper from niggalight

  • you sound good ;)

  • You sound like an American kid..one with either Aspergers or ADD..I cant ascertain which one

  • @AryanPersianProdigy having ADD doesn't channge your voice, you jackwagon.

  • @2bare2foot2 Aspergers then. Someone who is socially inept in some facet.

  • Sounding like an idiot is universal ... job well done.

  • that's actually pretty good!

  • wth your face reminds of bing and ragenineteen! i didn't know something like that was possible xD sounds very american to me but the ending of some words isn't right... aha

  • great job!

  • Something about this struck me as extremely funny xD has to be more lol Jk your good!!

  • Dude, I'm impressed! ;D Ha, you're doing chill! :) I'm actually doing research on accents right now for my writing. :) Irish was my goal but then i saw this and was all like, DUDE someone trying out MY accent! XD haha and man, you're good! ;D I'm American..... lol btw, thought I'd say that or all I just said was totally irrelevant to you!

  • Great

  • Wait.. he actually did the accent? I was waiting for it to start the entire time..

  • that was great :3

  • i was going to say that xD he sounds irish

  • Your accent is good but the way you shorten some words sounds Irish.

  • u sound kinda irish

  • you seemed more american than british

  • I totally thought you were american. hahaha. :P

  • where r u from

  • oh my god! i thought you were american!

  • You already sound American =/

  • @NiteLiter131

Have you seen any other of his videos? he doesn NOT sound american..

  • Irish or northern England

  • No such a thing as an American accent. As there's no European accent.

  • Irish accent.

  • i heard a very very little irish accent

  • OMG why haven't i seen this before?? K-POP and you have an irish accent??? HOly Fudge Nugget. .. i am in LOVE

  • its not that bad

  • He is like a younger, sexier Steve Buscemi. ;0)

  • People in the southern states (not Florida, Florida isn't like all the other southern states) call soda "Coke" even if it's a Mountain Dew, 7Up, Rootbeer, or a Pepsi! I admit, that gets on my nerves and make absolutely no sense to me at all!I have lived in southern states. Most southern people aren't racist rednecks like you see on TV. But the calling all sodas a "Coke" thing, fuck that! lol

  • @LedWilde yea someone came into my work one time and asked for coke and i said we dont sell coke lol turns out they were from texas......i work in pennsylvania

  • @LedWilde Hey, hey...that's not true. I've lived in Texas my whole life and everyone I've met says "soda" or calls whichever soda by its name...unless it's Coca Cola...then it's coke. lol.

  • @hummingpockets I don't know anything about Texas, never been there. West Tennessee is a good example of people calling soda a "Coke." Although, I do know one girl from Tejas who calls it "Coke."

  • @LedWilde thank god! No one believes me that people say Coke where I'm from.

  • People in a lot of northern parts of American say "Hat dawg" instead of "hot dog." lol And they call soda a "pop" but they pronounce it as "pap." They say,"Hay! You guys want a pap! Hah? I'll make some hat dags!" lol

  • @LedWilde I'm from Minnesota, and I do say pop, but not like "pap." Some people with really strong Minnesotan accents say things kinda like that, but most people don't. Plus, saying it like "hat dags" is kind of a stereotypical Minnesotan accent, and most people don't really sound like that. Sometimes I say "out" like a Canadian...anyway, I'm gonna stop talking now.

  • @akikowolf I know! lol To be honest, I was fucking with you all and wanted to see if anyone would respond and say,"Not true!" lol I knew ahead of time the stuff I said was the stereotypical (and even exaggerated) stuff. I know you all don't really talk like that. I was going to do the same with southern people but time was a factor. "Hawt dawg!" I'm from south Florida so I have a "typical" American accent. I like people from all the states.

  • Better than my British accent I try to perfect but can never get right. lol I say you do a good one. Occasionally your natural accent would slip a little bit but if I didn't know you weren't American I probably would think you were American.

  • "America" has many different regional accents. Most distinguished are from New York (yankee type accent), Boston (i would compare it to a 50s gangsta film), Texas or southern accent (has the country type drawl), Hawaii (have an entirely separate language like aloha ahiahi), some Californians have a "valley girl" accent, or they say "like" a lot =)

  • Why on earth would anyone want you to sound any different? I love Irish accents. =]

  • You sound like me :D good job!

  • ... Say "New York". That will help us XD

  • You sound perfectly Canadian to me.

  • You sound fine. I actually couldn't tell you werent american. You sound like a northerner from the west coast. Maybe more towards Canada, lol.

  • the words on 0:24 what 0:31 topic didnt sound english. your english starts weakning on 0:40 ok great come back with the english at 0:50 :) but seemd to stop at 0:55 goodbye:)

  • You sound American, dude. lol

  • im american and you dont sound like you have a different accent from mine

  • he said 'Tawpic" instead of topic

  • Want a REAL american accent? Listen to some country music and immitate what you hear from there. Most people here in America don't have accents and dem southerners do! :L

  • @TheBaehrClan Um...to people in the UK all Americans have an accent. I live in the U.S and know people with Chicago, Brooklyn, and southern accents. I live in the North West, and I'm sure I have an accent to those people I mentioned. Lol. The Southern accent is just the Accent most commonly associated with Americans, since it is the most distinguishable and unique.

  • @AllAboutLearning I forgot about the Northeast (Boston) accent. That one is also unique for Americans.

  • Click on his profile, he's from UK but no further info. I thought he was from india...

  • Sounds Irish originally?

  • I LOVE YOUR HAIR....just cause it looks poofy, your american accent is really nice, though i think it's funny why every video i've recently seen has been about american accents XD i'm american, i want to improve my voice pallet so, i'm wandering the cites learning ways to say things =w= i probably wrote WAAY too much there didn't i?

  • Canadian, perhaps

  • You start with an American accent, then it slowly morphs into Irish... lol

  • Irish! What's up with the American accent fascination? Irish, British, and Scottish sound hot! XD

  • must be irish

  • he irish

  • so are you Irish? You sound like it, hey if your from Ireland, please tell me about the people and citys and stuff im planning a trip next summer! ;)

  • Are you Irish? Cause you have an Irish cadence still.

  • Is it just me or does this guy's face remind you of 17 different people?

  • @NuggetSandwich So far I've got Michael Buble, Elijah Wood, Hayden Christiansen, Matt Damon, and Leonardo DiCaprio xD

  • @NuggetSandwich name all 17

  • @NuggetSandwich yeah and he reminds me of Eric Douglas---former youtube troll.

  • i love your accent! it so cool! wish i had one like yours

  • Your pupils... :)

  • no lie its how fags sound

  • @325691000 oh wait u are i really didnt know this is the first video of you i watched my bad

  • You sound like a typical American ... but just like any other place... the USA itself has over 30 different accents... it depends on where you're from =) I was born in central California, but unlike northern Cali I don't sound like I'm from Wyoming; also, unlike southern Cali, I don't sound like a 'valley girl'. =) you're accent was astonishing... you sound like one of us ^_^

  • he is irish.....

  • you're a kpop fan :)

your accent sounds good to me ~

  • Your American accent was excellent. Maybe Midwestern because it sounds so good to me. Your original accent came out couple times.

  • yooou look like jasper from twilight!!

  • @darkangelmmortalwin have you ever heard an irish accent..

  • irish, right? You sound irish.

  • by the way what kind of accent do you have?

  • that's really good!! I could tell that you where not an American, but at first you had me fooled. Your accent came out just a little, about halfway thorough the video. I am from AZ and you sound just like my american accent. Where I am from we are a little more laid back and we do not talk as fast. Different parts of our country have different accents. Good job!!

  • Yea that wasn't too bad! I'm American and gotta tell ya that sometimes my Irish and scottish accents slip out. But I ne'er notice them... You were very convincing :)

  • your kinda cute

  • It wasn't bad, but I can tell it's not completely there. Pretty close though.

  • WHAT I THOUGHT YOU WERE AMERICAN WHEN YOU STARTED TALKING!!!

  • @candylipsful I know right? LOL... and sounded more Cali than anything else lol

  • Dude! That accent was great!

  • That that accent was pretty good.

  • He sounds like American already, damn globalization.

  • I am American and I thought you were pretty good. There were only a couple of hints that you don't come from the Midwest. Different parts of our country have different accents as well. You sound as if you come from our New England states.....to me, anyway. Good job.

  • Your accent is great, I had to watch other videos of yours to find out what your real accent was. You were that good. BTW, I'm an american

  • Your native accent is beautiful.

  • u kinda look like Justin Bieber! and if u didn't know, he is the most hated canadian asshole in america >:/

  • Sounds good to me mate. I am american and sounds Spot on.

  • @Stringiershoe41 you said mate... and spot on... you are NOT american, and if you are, I am sad.

  • You should make a Facebook 'like' page yeahh.?(:

    Just for me:D

    Lol.

  • What kind of accent do you have originally because at the beginning i thought I was watching the wrong video because you sounded american at first

  • @gleekable14 irish

  • "A kind of frightening clown in it" lmaooooo

  • Where are you from though?

  • South Florida accent is a good one it sounds very American.

  • Are you Irish

  • My advice: Listen carefuolly to BRIAN WILLIAMS, the famous American anchor. He is acclaimed to speak perfect American. My actors simply listen to him, over and over and then plunge in and immitate him. Indiana as a state in the u.s. has good American. Avoid New York, Jersey and anything in the south, It's subtle. For example in COMFORT English puts the accent on the last sylable, but in American it fallss on the first. You guys are damn cute. You have good eyes. Love

  • Kinda sound like a gay southerner with your first accent.

  • Hey--sounds fine. There are so many fine gradations and variations in the American accent--for goodness sake, the country is 3000 miles wide--that if I hadn't known in advance that you were trying to adopt an accent that you don't normally speak with, I never would have thought you anything but an American. The other commentors are right--at times there was a slight northern, even Canadian tinge to it; the /æ/ seems slightly fronted and generally nicer than most Americans'. Where are you from?

  • This is actually really good! Im from America, so I know this sounds like an American accent. (We have about 20 gazillion [jk] different accents, so it doesn't sound horrible) =3

  • you need a little more practice

  • You have a good ear. Your Americasn accent is somewhat midwestern but well educated and would pass for the real thingl in NY, Chicago or LA..

  • Aw, it's cute that you got bizarrely southern, but not really.

  • he sounds american already and there is no such thing as an american accent america is made up of all langueges and we peak a english languge just in a different tone so yeah

  • he's cute though :3

  • where are you from my american accents better and when i do my aussie accent everyones like woah thats mad cus its so gudd

  • yes it was american at times lol

  • You are so adorable! You did sound American at times but kinda mid west meets east coast and I'm from California. You are so cute though!

  • Awww!! You're so cute! :3 it was okay, but you could tell you don't really have an American accent, I'm from Massachusetts so ya know! XD

  • lol,he is from northern ireland, and has put on an american accect from beginning of video.LOL

  • LOL omg. i seriouusly was watching waiting for him to start the accent but then.. the video finished.

  • wtf are you? canadian?

  • @GOTHEAT0 Irish

  • you should maybe try a scotish accent tat wat by kwl

  • that was fine! it was not terrible at al i promise (im american)

  • there is no such thing as an American accent. Sorry but there are several different types of accents. Such as a New York accent, Southern accen't, Chicago accent, Ect. Scotland has not one scottish accent but several. It depends where in the country you're from.

  • Wait, there was an accent?

  • i didn't know u where talking in an american accent...i thought u were speaking in a western wales accent :S

  • do know bubzbeauty on youtube that would be really cool if u did

  • Yeah this was a bunch of different accents holy cow. Though, I agree with 13Segruts- you do sound rather flamboyant, but at least it was believable.

  • It sounds American, but kind of like a flamboyant American, no offense or anything

  • Nice job, u sound like your from northern America with a little Irish accent

  • U sound slightly indian-ish :D

  • haha! You sound like a mexican-american on the west coast! :D nnnnot bad though if that's what you were going for! : ) I am from North Carolina, USA

  • @HahnJames. Are you kidding me?? That was definitely more west coast...

  • Well, you sound different... but you don't sound American. I can still hear your own accent lurking underneath there. :)

  • You are so cute..who cares about any accent!

  • wow!! you did amazing!!!! awesome job!!! lol you sounded just like me hahaha but yes very nice job

  • xD What accent?!

  • You sound pretty natural to me...

  • danm ur eyes are dilated ! r u high dude?

  • At first I was like so when is going to be starting this accent? What, is he not American in the first place..? Yeah I'm slow. That was really good. :3

  • Perfect, thats it.

  • I thought you were American and you were just yanking my balls saying you were going to attempt an American accent.

  • You look like Josh Fransexy. OH GOD<3

  • When did he start????LMAO!!

  • At least you didn't try to add a southern drawl. Or a minnesotan accent because not all midwestern Americans sound like the characters from Fargo.

  • actually sadly it did sound american and i can hear that on any corner really i love your accent just the way it is... and im a southerner from america granted you didn't have our slang though :)

  • i am from america and it wasn't too bad but certain words sounded odd like "am" and "comeback"

  • I think I would have put that accent in the U.S. Northeast, maybe Maine.

Seriously, I don't know what the fascination is with getting Brits, the Irish or Australians to do an American accent. The variety in the way English speaking people enunciate adds to the spice of life.

  • it was good..at times..the words "topic" and "excited" were perfect..do another video in an American accent! This was amusing

  • "communts belo"

  • When Irish people try to speak with an American accent, it just sounds like a Canadian Maritime accent.

  • not bad not bad :D i could hear a little bit of ur native tongue at time :P

    I lOVE lee hyori! :D

  • Sorry to say but as many of my fellow Americans fail at an Irish accent ya kinda failed at the American one. Not bad, but not great. Im not hatin' just sayin. Anyway what part of America were you trying to mimic? Because we got many accents from north to south and east to west. haha Keep up the good work.

  • This guy is American. Fucking know it alls on youtube

  • @Iamthegreatification his from northern ireland look at his other videos

  • That was pretty good! You're American accent was very convincing!

  • Uh, isnt he an american accent already? it just sounds like it...
