@cocolaiza She didn't have an abortion. She was going to adopt a baby, but the mom repents for giving her child. So, Cuddy get upset and sad. Then House kiss her. After this explanation haha the episode is "Joy" 5x06

Great job!! The "who's your daddy" episode, when I saw it the last thursday, and Cuddy says something of getting sperm of House (something like xD), then she goes to the office to see him, I was like OMG!! Since that season there was kind of love tension and I didn't saw it!! Hahaha

I Think most of them where when Cuddys Child gets baptised, 'cause the song is from this episode.. i think 5x15, but i don't know.. best part is when he starts to play "you can't allways get what you want!"
