This isnt a superhornet, F/A-18 E/F models have twin cyclic control sticks located on each side of the control panel one for pitch and descent and the other for roll
is there any word on how bad this will kill your frames or no i really dont want a replay of the aerosoft f-16 great aircraft but killer on the frames
According to VRS themselves, the release will be wometime between September 09 through December 09. Depends on how production continues. Said to definitely expect it to hit shelves before Christmas though. CAN'T. WAIT.
Great job VRSimulations, thanks for sharing this video, I have been waiting this for long time, is this coming with Fsx Missions where we can use the weapon systems or something like that? ...and finally, when is the release date?
Thanks again for this great add on, and keep up the good work.
Yes, we have inflight refueling, as well as built-in carrier ops, but you need to supply the AI for refueling (optional). You can refuel from either a specific type of aircraft, or generically from anything depending on settings.
Hey, VR Simulations. When are you expecting to release the F/A-18E Super Hornet add-on. Also, more videos would be nice!!!Thanks for all of your hard work in developing this.
Absolutely, we'll be getting started with media very shortly now that beta is in the final stages. This was just a quick teaser focused on one specific area. We've got some really exciting videos planned for the very near future ,so stay tuned!
It's a common misconception. The HUD is the object that's actually static, while the pilot's eyepoint is moving. In a real aircraft where depth of field is involved, the HUD would appear focused at infinity. It's a process called collimation, which among other things is designed to keep information in the HUD conformal with the outside world. This isn't necessary in 2D cockpits, only in the case of a VC with a with a TrackIR which allows eyepoint displacement.
Seriously nice!!! Looking forward to this addon. I fly the F-18C almost exclusively in FSX and really want to fly this one!! Looking forward to this release.... hopefully soon!!
what game is it....???

Wow!!! That's by far the greatest Super Hornet Panel I've seen! Can't wait to get it!
It sucks though... b/c, my computer isn't fast enough for FSX or some times even for Flight Simulator 2004!
But anyways! Great video... can't wait for more videos of the plane.
