  • Great video! Just what I was looking for! Thanks!

  • yeah yeah...but what happens when you took an arrow to the knee?

  • @pabloernesto19 You will not be an adventurer anymore.

  • thanks for explaining this to us

  • i hurt my right knee back in june skateboarding and it still hurts. The pain is on the top of the fibula and it shoots down to my shin. Ive already been to the doctors and gotten an x-ray and theres no bone damage and the doctors say it should be fine in a couple months but im not so sure...

if u want to see the injury i have a video on my channel called "Sprained Knee"

  • I'm 16 and football was once my life. I had a partial meniscectomy 10 weeks ago and i'm still definitely not 100%. There is still pain inside my knee at times, for instance if i was to lay on my right side with my left knee up and bend my left knee (i had part of the medial meniscus taken out) it hurts and feels like theres a harsh transition going on inside my knee. Day to day activities don't cause pain it's just running which i desperately want to get back into. Any help appreciated.

  • @TheComputerCriminal dear. i m affraid there isnt ne good news for u except that u r just 16 and u still have 4 or 5 years of good-recovery-response time from your body. u ve to take supplements and foods that helps in ligaments strengthening and building, further, there are lots of therapy regimes that u can go with but....u have to strenghten ur heart to listen to this bitter fact that u will never..ever get 100% what u were b4 the injury...only u can increase quality of ur life to some extent

  • @TheComputerCriminal ginger, turmeric powder, nutts, beans, cow bone marrow , lot of protien less in purines (if u can get them), supplements like chondroitin sulphate and glucose amine sulphate...first start off with swimming and other non wieght bearing exercises...then cycling...then light leg presses and leg extentions in gym then keep on increasing weights and finally start walking then jogging and then running. but this rehabilitation should take 3 to 4 years my dear...DONT HURRY.

  • ah, thanks for explaining the anatomy of a leg, the doctor told me i tore my acl and meniscus, and i couldn't tell what he was talking about from the mri scan

  • It would be helpful with this kind of presentation to continually re-orient the viewer as to the right-left-front-back angles that they're looking at.

  • Today, I went into hospital for knee surgery. When I awoke, I was surprised to find a bandage wrapped around my throbbing head. The nurse explained that a student observer had fainted in the operating room and his head had smashed against mine on the way down.

  • @VertigaDesignMEDIA what a dousche that guy is

  • Great video, except one thing. When you are pointing out the ACL and the PCL you are looking at the knee from a posterior view. The way you are looking at it and using finger movement you should be starting out with the PCL then the ACL is right behind that.

  • Great videos! You really know your stuff!

  • I love squatting heavy with a barbell.

  • Very good video of you pointing out the parts of the knee. #5 Stars
