  • Tough!

  • 2/6 very bad!

  • 4/6

  • 6/6 ..yeaa

  • 6/6 first right wwooooow! After practicing all ouliogroove tests ohh ! Tired have 2 more tests i guess

  • 6/6 fascinating! Biology is my best.

  • 5/6 :/

  • It is rather tough for someone not taking biology! Perplexed.. Not quite familiar with the technical term.

  • 4/6 :( are u sure 20 is d?

  • @makme3 Cannot be D! He mentions systemic systems.

  • 2/6 Have problems with understanding this lecturer.

  • crazy accent

  • crazy accent

  • I am sorry if there is any an inadvertent mistakes in the transcript I tried as hard as I can to write every word and I know I missed some words but this what I can do

  • @ahmed98506 You did a good work of writing the transcript down. But IMHO, a transcript would not do much good for listening. Do score well in Toefl listening you must learn how to take note of the main ideas only, not the whole transcript.

And I got perfect score for this one using only mental note :-)

  • @dragonetex u r right

  • this level of vertebrate have four chambered heart two atrium and two ventricles and very efficient movement of blood also very highly oxygenated blood in the four clambered heart the oxygenated and De-oxygenated blood do not mix in humans the atrium and cavity form top part of the heart and the ventricles are in the bottom and in that ventricles which contradicts very strongly iam going to stop at this point and next time

  • this vertebrates have a heart of a two atrium and one ventricle blood leaves ventricles and travels to the iota because the iota is divided or ...... the blood can travels either to the lungs or to the other organs which atrium of the blood passes through depends whether the blood is being rooted to the blood or the other organs but in either events all the blood passes through the ventricles finally we came to the highest level the level with humans birds and all other mammals is level

  • the close circulatory system is a much more efficient system but there is more then one type of close system and each system adopted different type of high invertebrate and vertebrate with a few exception in each close system you have heart pumping blood you have a system of arteries veins and capillaries to which the blood flows and the waste is removed now lets look at some vertebrates fish have a two chambered heart it has one atrium a ventricle it has a valve between its chambers and

  • the open system first in an open circulatory system there is no a true heart and no capillary since there is no heart the blood vessels move the blood along and act as the pump to keep the blood going there is also cleans process that occurs in actuality the system is not very efficient in-sex and many mollusk have this kind of system it works for the ins-sex because they have several openings in their body let the air and the blood come in contact with each other

  • goes into and out of the cell without help this is what causes simple osmosis and diffusion but in circulation system is needed when animals have multi-layers of cells the reason is that their cells are too far from the external environment and they can not take an oxygen and get rid of waste by its osmoses they need help so this is whether two type of circulatory system coming to blame you have one system called the open system and the other the closed system lets talk about

  • then the blood goes back to the lungs for more oxygen the circulatory system continues their cycles as long as there is live in the cells tissues or organism to passes in animals there are two main type of circulatory system first you need to remember that invertebrate has no circulatory system they do not have multi-layers of cells and therefore they do not need a circulatory system their cells are close enough to their services and external environment that gases oxygens and neutrons and

  • every one needs circulation and good circulation for life to continue think of the circulatory system as a circle as the bloods move around that circle it creates a new oxygen and disposals of wasts after the blood gathers a new oxygen the circulation process takes the new oxygenated blood to tissues of the body the tissues give up waste which collect into the blood cells and discard it away as the the blood travels to body organs the liver for example the waste is removed

  • the circulatory system we are going to talk about the circulatory system today mainly about the circulatory system in human as you properly know the heart and the lungs are part of the body circulatory system but there are really there parts the lungs which involve the pulmonary circulation the heart which is the coronary circulation and the rest of the system which it is called the systemic circulation all parts of the system have to function independently to they can all work together

  • excuse me! where can I take the transcript? It's not difficult to understand, but I want to check a few words that i'm not sure. thank you!!!

  • That's right! it is not ioen.

  • Question 23: By saying there are opened (not ioen) and closed circulatory systems

  • Crap. I slept off in the middle...!!!!

  • in ETS Toefl iBT no Listening Section exceeds 4-5 min

  • I know both 'chamber' and 'ventricle' but don't know the difference between them.

Are they just synonyms? How do you use the words?

  • oh god this was the most difficult lecture ever.. i did not understand anything.

I was doing it very good. But this one ... wow

  • Very hard !!

  • The lecturer talks about circulatory sys. spicifically blood circulation in human and animals. He say that human circulatory sys. have 3 involve parts, the lungs who supply oxygen and remove carbondioxide, the heart who process the circulation and lastly the systemic sys which the pathways or distribute blood in diff. cells. Animal circulatory sys has 2 types, the open and close cir. sys. open cir. sys those animal with 2 chambers heart and close sys are those animals with 3 chambers hearts.

  • The frog appears at last is grotesque.. but it can be seen as cute with other perspective I think.

  • can u post the transcript, plz!

  • fortunatly,I ever studied Anatomy and physiology.

  • I agree with headbanger667.

Also, in question 21 option c has a mispelling error. It is not dills, it is gills.

  • thanks !!

  • this with many hard words form body!

  • pelase let me know how can I read transcripts?

  • thanks!!!!

  • how do i get the original

  • THIS IS REALLY HARD!!!!! : (

  • where can i find the questions ? thanks

  • Ouliogroove,

I disagree with answer # 23. First, there is not a "ioen" system. Second, before the lecturer mentions that there are open and close systems, he introduced the topic explaining how some invertebrates could live without hearts (osmosis).

Thanks a lot for these audios, they are really helpful =)

  • i agree with Headbanger667

  • thanks a lot:) rlly helpful!

  • Can you bring sheet or transcript !!? Thanks
