I got three Sailfin Mollies today not knowing the sex. I guess i got two male, and one pregnet female. The two males are starting to fight over the female. Will the get seriously hurt?
@xxstar67 Its very easy to tell the sex as with all live bearers like guppys, platy, swordtails, the males have a modified fin shaped like a spike (you will often see males swim along side females and point it towards them) while the female is fan shaped. Most of the molly seen in this vid seem to be males
Yes, they are in fact, lol. My largest male, the cream colored wag, is pushing 6". I truly believe it is a combination of the diet that I feed them, the large size of the tank, and the fact that I keep them in brackish water.

This is not a good thing to happen in a community tank. Intimidation stresses all the other fish and disease is far more likely.

Crikey your Sailfin Mollys are huge, I recently bought a male 2 weeks ago who is alot smaller.
