74% of Jews are Ashkenazi 26% are non-Ashkenazi or Sephdaric and Mizrahi Jews.
Basically, a quarter are Eastern Jews in origin. The European Jews are a mixture of Sephardic Jews who lived in Rome, Germany and other places and the Jews who were in Eastern Europe. There is no pure Khazar people. Hebrew is a Canaanite language and the Jews changed from the Canaanite religion to the religion they have now.
