@bassie1995 I don't know the science behind the new solder, only that it is grid based instead of the previous point based method that can still be used in RF5.
Also in RF 5 it is possible to generate a preview of the viewport. This can be done by clicking on video preview which can be found in the playback menu.
@daantjuh44 Water of so conducts only in vacuum. Absence in the container of molecules of air leads to absence of bubbles. As consequence: what precisely would not be spent dynamics miscalculations, it will be not realistic.
How does it simulate that fast, and especially: How do you get it to do the playbakc at such high speeds?

@daantjuh44 I just found the playback menu, shame the camera can't be moved around there...
I'm starting to learn Realflow (on my crappy system :P), so grid-based means that it simulates a larger area instead of all the little "points"?

I love Hybrdo. Doing that animation would have take wayyyyyyyyyy longer with standard emitter.

@MrJunkyRobber Ok now I understand

Thanks for this very nice test, this render time is incredible compared to another one particle-based Fluid Simulator.
Could you tell me what is your CPU configuration ?

@Habbibou Thanks !
Yes the new grid based simulator is way faster than what they used before.
I have a Q6600 running at 2.4 GHz had it overclocked at about 3 GHz but I didn't really need it.

@daantjuh44
Thank you for you answer, so I can imagine for some studios, it must be very great to produce much more quickly :)
