you said on your overlays to fold material in half and cut down the center---in half the way it came off the bolt or the other way and in half on the center on both layers? it didn't come out i did something wrong thanks

where did you get your overlays and if you made them where did you get the pattern?

we make all of our overlays and we buy almost all of our fabric at wal-mart on the clearance section. We have to have alot for all our dancers. lol Each overlay is one yard of fabric no matter the size of the dancer. You fold the fabric in half and cut down the center of the fabric leaving 2 inches to drap over your shoulder and pin under the arms.
