  • This does wonders for focus & mental clarity. I encourage everyone to give this a try. I do it w/ just my little finger and my thumb though. Also, I do it a little different. I breath out 4 counts, hold 16 and exhale 8 counts.

    I usually try to do at least 4 rounds of this. It really is like getting high off of air, in a sense. :)
