Ms. Berkley, I look behind you and I see all of those empty seats. Where are those other representatives who should be hearing your words?? Why isn't Congress WORKING?? That's what we're paying all of you for. The reason our country is in such bad shape now is because Congress isn't listening to the will of the people. Look at those empty seats??
