  • Women are as victorious and as brave as men. I salute all women who have inspired all of us of their bravery.

  • Women have a proud tradition of service in every branch of the military and are eligible for the full range of benefits and services available to all veterans. But it is clear those programs and services necessary to meet the specific needs of women veterans certainly have significant implications for the VA and veterans service organizations.

  • A salute of respect to all our women veterans from all generations. Thanks for stepping up to make the world a better place.

And for those who would use this video to promote their own agenda, you're doing it on the backs of these brave women, grow up a little and create your own venue for discussion. Officer on Deck!

  • The problem with the VA is that they hire management that would probably not be hired in the civilian force. The managers who hire employees hire people who knows someone and someone who knows someone. This is the case with VBA and the raters who are trained by directors and supervisors who have no clue about the job, themselves. After all, checking a square blocks does not make you an expert or a doctor, just a person. Do away with the bonus program for all those involved.

  • Research the following link

    militaryadvantage.military.com/2011/04/va-disability-claims-backlogged-again/

  • @Everclearish As expected, over 2.65 million claims were filed since 2009. Currently, there’s a backlog of 750,000 claims, which is double where it was at last year when it hired the new workers. Obvious problems will likely arise from the lack of training and experience such as miscalculated compensation amounts and misdiagnosis.

  • StiffyMC is right! Check my channel watch "My Army Veteran Story" parts 1-8. About my 30 year fight for what was promised me, experimental shots given me and lifetime problems from them, failure of VA to process paperwork, doctors never being there for appointments. They try to SCREEN YOU OUT NOT SCREEN YOU IN! But guess what sunshine - I WILL NEVER QUIT!

  • As like all Department of Veterans Affairs activities they are lying bastards and are screwing Veterans to no end.

  • "It's time we stopped being surprised that America's daughters are just as capable of defending freedom and liberty as America's sons" Yeah but still... how many women actually get put into combat situations??? How many female soldiers actually get put into the firing line??? How many women make up America's military death toll??? VERY VERY few! Why?? Anyone can pick up a gun and pull a trigger can't they?? No that's not the reason why - they reason why is because it's only ok for men to die!

  • I would say it is a wonderful video if there was a video. All I get is black screen with audio.

I'm currently making a documentary "Women in War" that begins at the Revolutionary war and comes forward to Iraq/Afghanistan.

I hope to have a rough edit done by mid-April.
