thank you for sharing, i will definitely try cooking this dish. On a different note i find your reference of the chef or his ethnicity as "these people" very derogatory. please be more careful of such references.
Thank you again good sir. Im hoping to post videos soon. But due to my busy work days im so busy in the kitchen working hard perfecting my craft. Take care and all the best sir :-)
Thank you ever so much for sharing. Im in the catering industry myself and its great people like you with so much enthusiasm and passion that drives me to do and progress more. I cant wait for more. Take care and good luck sir :-)
Finally, It looks like a REAL chilly chkn recipe that would you would get at a road side chinese stall. Just what I am craving for. I will try out the paneer version and see if it comes out good. Where can I purchase the chilly oil? Also is corn starch different from corn flour? I guess so...
The real chilli chicken... try it out with paneer is also a good idea. Corn flour as we call in India is corn starch internationally and corn flour internationally is Makai ka atta.....so when you are abroad do take a note of this...
u are genius above all you hv got talent and dont know why people r mixing their own tunka tun in dis... u rox

Noted Sir. You try and enjoy this recipe....

@graj76
I agree that it was a derogatory sounding phrase.
In all fairness, I think it was a lack of the chef's grasp of the language. I don't see it as a hateful comment, just a loss of words.
GREAT JOB Chef!!
