Of course, my explaination of the episode's plot is ALOT shorter then the description(not that I don't appreciate it for informing those that never saw that episode)

Homer and Barney ran off to the Duff Brewery, Homer got slapped with a D.W.I., His License was revoked, had to attend traffic School and 2 months at an AA Meeting, promised Marge no beer for a month, kept his word, and rode off on his Bicycle with Marge at the front

Menwhile, Bart sabotaged Lisa's Science Experiment that involved a Giant Tomato grown by useing Steroids by throwing it at Skinners ass(he couldn't resist the urge to do that to him), had to change to useing a Hamster for a new Science Experiment that compared the Hamster and Bart's intelligence(with Bart failing), Bart outdid Lisa by having a Hamster in a Toy plane(looking cute with a little Pilot cap & Scarf on), Bart won 1st Prize and Lisa was beaten by her smartass Brother
