This woman is expressing pure evil. She is claiming that denial of parental access to children is a separate issue from the issue of joint custody. On the face of it is absurd. The status quo in japan is that whichever parent abducts the child first can and likely will end up with total say in all matters regarding the child.

The point of view she is expressing is the basis for the policies that cause Japan to continue to be a pariah state into which abducted children disappear.
