Not all indians are vegi's.. But i think this was pakistani takeaway.. Its the lazy and fast way to wrap.. And yeh it does go everywhere when u open it

from the looks of it and the fact that its a tandoori wrap im assuimg the sauce would be a combination of tandoori sauce itself ( a blend of indian spices used to marinated the meat), mint, coriander with yoghurt..possibly mango, chilli added too

nope, not mustard, though there might be some honey in the sauce - it's slightly sweet, and thick, and tangy. But zero mustard flavour. Though I like that people are trying to help me figure out what that sauce is... it makes me very happy!

@unsweetened i think it might be a tikka masala sauce. most tikka masala sauces are curry based cream sauces that are sweet with a tangy bite far above any mustard or thousand island dressing thats for sure. the wrap looks great im goin to have to make something like this at home.
