  • i like 6 to 5 drills. im from an 8 to 5 style marching band

  • is this at the Alamo dome in San Antonio?

  • der absolute wahnsinn

  • hooray for third deck

  • Simply the finest marching band on the planet.

  • @WaywardWind1 Marine band is but close.

  • oh my god THANK YOU SOMEONE REASONABLE! my family is split right down the middle, half went to UT, half went to A&M and the one thing i dont understand is that theyre always trying to KILL EACHOTHER OVER COLLEGE ATHLETICS! I myself am planning to go to A&M and join the Corps of Cadets but its not because im a thumb waving horn-sawing hardcore aggie, its because I enjoy doing things that look difficult. I have great respect for UT and the people that go there. same for A&M! grow up people.

  • nothing like college station A&M 93

  • BEST MARCHING BAND IN THE WORLD.

  • @gasman681 You should see more japanese performances

  • TU sucks! been there, all airheads, fat football players and skinny assed faggots walken around everyone! go A&M! TU sucks!

  • It is UT dumbass! Get it right!

  • i guess u like TU, huh, cocksucker?

  • It's tu at A&M idiot, we got it right!

  • @aggisport That would be Texas University which is a completely different university. University of Texas is UT!

  • I'm an Aggie fan and my brother likes the Longhorns; either way I love the state of Texas.

  • May seem obvious, but I just noticed they're marching 6 to 5....wow. Cool!

  • an absolutely great band. compare this fien band of fine cadets to that dirty mangy stanford band. hahahaha

  • now this band isn't a "showband of the southwest" like those faggots down in austin wearing orange and sippin tea, but they sure as hell always put on a show. always gives me goosebumps when i watch these vids. GIG'EM!

  • That band looks like it could march through a freakin brick wall. Unbelievable.

Why can't all bands be like that? I mean, the pride that you get from being in something like that is something you remember forever. The hard work is largely forgotten. I was in a good high school band that marched 8 to 5. Nothing else compares to a Sherman tank for a marching band.

  • My heart nearly jumps out of my throat and I am moved to tears when I see this band! One of the former directors, Col. Haney, was our director when I was in high school. So I feel like I am right in there with the band!

  • Makes me proud to be an Aggie.

  • How many march? It looks like over 300. With so many it is hard execute complex formations. The counter columns are well done. Very strong brass, decent alignment. After watching so much DCI one can become jaded to what real marching is all about. Great band!

  • 350-400 march (varies from year to year).

  • Its actually 303

  • meh,

it was 425 (we only marched 396) my freshman year...oh lordy that was 10 years ago. Am I THAT old?

  • When I was a zip in 1994 we had over 1000 BQ's...classes going back to the 30's...on the field for the largest block T I've ever seen. The Band itself had over 350.

  • I was on the feild for that show too, the 100 year reunion. Too bad we didn't get to perform the drill since one of the old timer BQ's fell over with a heart attack....delayed the game by at least 20 minutes too.

  • That old timer was actually my grandfather, and he's still alive thanks to those 20 minutes in which doctors came down and were able to save his life. i'm thankful that yall didn't get to perform. btw i'm class of '12 in the Aggie Band right now.

  • Stankus, Very glad to hear that your grandfather is doing ok, and no disrespect meant. I was just in Aggieland this weekend after about 10+ years away and I had a great time. I am sure you must know my nephew who is in A Co. class of '11. It was fun to get to walk around dorm 11 with my little two year old son, class of '29 :)

  • Cool. My brother's A-Co '11 too.

  • I'm a Longhorn until the day I die, but I've always been impressed by the Aggie Band.

  • Gig 'Em Aggies! Hullabaloo Canek Canek! There is none other...

  • Go Aggie band! way to stay true to what real marching is and not the fruit loop core stuff!

I'm in the huntsville military band =]

  • It's different every halftime.

  • wow

i still stick with marching storm

  • A TRUE marching band is the Aggie Band. They do not rely on twirlers and flags to dress up their show. Outstanding drill and music!

  • Excellent halftime show. Thanks. The Aggie Band seems to have held true to what "Marching Band" is supposed to be. I love the drills.

  • Thanks for sharing.

  • Thanks for the video upload, by the way!

  • Gotta love them Aggies...however, this drill they did was not thier most difficult, and seemed a little boring...I guess this is their most basic drill before they make it more difficult?
