I can't decide of this is funny or sad, i don't know anything about this guy other than he was a pro wrestler. And now he's old? why is he walking around with a cane?.

Basically he get's paid to talk like his wrestling personna? that is kinda sad that he's reduced to that, but as i said i don't know anything about the guy. What he's saying is funny but the premise is grim in my opinion. Can someone shed some light on this for me

That'd be Eddie's book "Mastering the Twister". It's a book about the 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu top game. The Iron Sheik is a move where you take someone's back, put your hands on their forehead and basically crank the neck backwards.
