its not from the 1st or 2nd series of Ah! My Goddess...It is from the 20th annaversary episodes (only 2) which was released around december in japan...Ah! My Goddess Fighting Wings in the 'english' name for the 2 episodes

I managed to find it out just before you answered ;)

I found it and saw it, rather good. I just bloody love the whole Goddess series. But when it comes to being true to the story and truly emotional, the first OVA's from the 80's is the greatest.
