got the game today and it is really cool but so far completing the pine vally mission is a real pain in the ass i have been using the cannons but still cant get rid of the soviet stronghold on the areas of the town.

San andreas graphics sucked badly. Mainly because the map was stretched out as far as it could go. which made everything else suffer. Ever look at CJ's or anyone else's hands? The fingers are stuck together and the gun goes through them.

This game is badass though; But I do wish you got the option of going into FPS on any of your units to fight along side your men.

The location shown for Pine Valley in the intro map and the satelight photo shown of the area on Google Earth does not compute. If you look on google map of the area, it there's no town called Pine Valley, the closest town to the area is a town of Naselle (which is nowhere close to the sea). I guess ultimately it doesn't matter, but given the fact that the developers were accurate in depicting Seattle in the first mission, I just thought I should point it out.

You get them by killing the ememy and capturing CPs

I think he means, how do you get more reinforcement points, not TA points, you units have a value, that value is distract from the value you have in your pool, and if you lose that unit, the value will slowely going back into your pool and you will be able to buy that unit again, but each unit ofcourse has a differnt value.
