@MsDarkstar8 Unfortunately, it's not. There is no accurate way to estimate or calculate calories burned for non-cardio activities (unless you have access to a high-tech research lab like a university might have). Sorry!
Excellent video. Would like to suggest: many of us do not have the hamstring flexibility to sit up straight with our legs extended as shown. This increases risk of lower back injury/strain as well. A safe alternative is to either sit on a yoga block or cushion, OR roll up the end of your mat to make a cushion to sit on and elevate the hips. Or, can try bending the knees while still having the band around the feet.
